Creative use of space is a reoccurring theme these days. Tall Pines Builders was contacted by this client because their guest cottage had significant water damage from an older appliance. This guest cottage had been converted to living space after having been used as a stable previously many years before we were contacted. It had 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom, the finished product now has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms.
