Tall Pines was contacted by a homeowner in the Broadmoor area.  Their home was built in 1897 and they needed additional storage space and dining room space.  TPB was able to add a 14’x12’ dining room with a crawl space for storage.  We also suggested the addition of a roof-top deck that tied into an upstairs guest bedroom.  As a part of the project the existing deck was extended.  Great care was taken to preserve the look and feel of this historic home.
